It's restarting for a reason. I wouldn't use it until it's replaced and risk damaging internal components.

Just my guess , but when you have crashes or shutdowns , that PSU is most likely the culprit.

No that definitely won't help things, you're going to have to replace that PSU with a higher quality one if you want to get anything out of that system.

Replacing it with a 1050ti (if you have a spare one) will help you, as it will take at least 50 watts from the PSU
Then as soon as possible get a decent PSU and put the 1060 back.
