I want to use ram from 2 different brands in my PC I currently have 8 gigs of hp ram @ 1600mhz all on one stick Im looking to add 3 4 gigs of ram sticks @ 1600 mhz by corsair to my pc. Will I run into any issues.

Possibly yes, I assume the mobo is also from HP? usually custom mobos have a limited compatibility with other components, see if there's a RAM compatibility list in its website/manual, beyond that only way to find out is to trying it.
