So what happens when I turn PC on for first time?

I have everything set up in my PC, my cpu comes tomorrow so soon as I throw that in, what happens when I power up?

Like do I need to update bios on motherboard with CD or something for it to even work? This is my specs;

3570k (new)
Asus Z77 Sabertooth (Used, guy left burnt disc for windows 7 and bios drivers?)
GTX 660 (New)
Corsair 600W GS (new)
4GB Corsair Vengeance (used)

I also have Windows 8, 64 bit disc ready. Also the RAM I tried to put it in my old PC but it was giving me a bsod, dunno why? But basically whats the process? I should put in disc, boot cd drive first and continue to instal windows 8 and play games as normal? And what happens if that RAM gives me bsod, it does work although used I seen on friends pc running fine btw, thanks

Turn on the pc. It should launch right into a command prompt asking for an operating system. Once you pop it in you follow the on screen requests and eventually it will get to the windows desktop to change some settings, then you are free to so what you want and update.

1.Install OS.
2.Install motherboard driver.
3.Go online and find the latest motherboard & GPU drivers and update them.
