So what kind of performance gain can I expect from my computer upgrade?

So I am in canada so keep these prices in mind. I listed my old computer on kijiji for $1200 and it was posted for 2 months before I finally sold it for $1000. It was a i5 3570k overclocked to 4.5ghz stable full time with a noctua nh d14 and asus p8z77 v-lk motherboard. It had 16gb of ddr3 1600 ram, forgot the timings. Had 2x gtx 670 in sli and 750w power supply. All of this inside a corsair carbide 400r case. I included a spare DVD writer that I don't even use as well as a old 500gb hard drive and old 2tb hard drive. Both I never used as I pulled my ssd and 3tb and 4 tb hard drives for the sale. I also pulled my Blu Ray writer as well.

So now for my upgrade. I will use my old 600w power supply that I had before I needed more power for sli of the old system. I had it laying around so might as well use it. I also still have my ssd and 3tb and 4tb hard drives. I am using my old Blu Ray writer. So now the stuff I am buying is a i5 6600k with a noctua nh d 15 on an asus z170-e mobo. I will be getting 16gb g skill ddr4 2666 15-15-15-35 2N ram. In a corsair graphite 230t case. This will cost me $780. I will be waiting to buy a gtx 1070 for about $550 so total cost is $1330. However I am not looking for info on the graphics card upgrade as I know that the performance gain will be huge. I am looking to see if I will notice a performance gain on the cpu/ram/mobo upgrade.

Please do me a favour and don't touch your CPU or motherboard yet. You will get no noticeable improvement. Don't touch RAM either. You're literally wasting money. Just get a new video card if you want one.

I have the same CPU as you. It hasn't limited me in any game in existence. Don't fall for Intel's marketing tricks lol. If you want you can just buy a GTX 1080 instead of GTX 1070 and you'd save hundreds of dollars.

Well I have $1000 from the sale and everything will cost $1380 after. So technically I am getting a gtx 1070 for $380. So is the new system exactly the same as my old one or am I getting some improvement even if marginally?
