he never actaully claims to be selling roms... you would think it's
obvious... but he *could* be selling the mame source... (or the medium it's
on if you want to get technical...)

(that and the fact that the full mame rom is about 8 DVD's and he's only
selling a single CD)

Selling the source would be extra bad, but he's likely selling the
'extras' - snapshots, cab pictures, samples, title screen snaps, etc.

Correct, I just bought a set of all MAME roms and it came on 10 DVDs.
40 GB or so. No way it's gonna fit on a CD.
