In general, the RX 580 is better. The gtx 1060 only beats it in games that are specifically Nvidia optimised.

In performance, only by about 2 frames, or ~2.5%. Really not a decision breaking factor.

What monitor do you intend to use? Freesync monitors are usually cheaper compared to GSYNC

Is power consumption important to you? RX 580 consumes more power than the GTX 1060.
