Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

That motherboard socket looks like it was buried in the desert. You might want to clean that board up. Apart from that seemingly blurry picture of a bent corner socket pin, can you try and inspect the CPU's underside? Also, what is the make and model of your PSU and it's age?

Better yet, please parse your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Better yet, please parse your full system's specs like so:
CPU: i3 4170 3.7 Ghz
Motherboard: Asrock H81M-VG4 R2.0
Ram: 8 GB DDR3 1600 mhz
SSD/HDD: 500 GB HDD
GPU: Evga Nvidia GT 610 2 GB
PSU: 500 Watts
Chassis: Selektro
OS: Windows 7 pro 64 bits

I clean the dust already and everything is normal in the underside of the board.
