Question Socket 478 replacement

A gun went off by my head and after I figured out I wasn't dying, I noticed my computer didn't work--something had cooked off the motherboard.

My ABIT-BL7 ATX Socket 478 Intel 845 (W2K Server) has been setting around for years with my life of data on it. I'd like to attach the HDs to a working MoBo. Full tower case. Saving the peripherals would be gravy.

What used/cheap MoBo can I grab? The old mobo still has all the cards and components (memory: 3GB of PC133 168pin SDRAM DIMM).

So I think my question is, what mobo:
  1. Lets me hook up the following HDs.
  2. Preferable: uses the old components, but if I can get populated cheap that's okay. Goal is data.
  3. Preferable: Is under $45 (used okay). If I had the bucks I'd just buy a refurbished BL7.

Harddrives:
  1. Western Digital WD1200 IDE
  2. Western Digital 160GB IDE (shares the ribbon data cable with above.)
  3. MAXTOR DiamondMax 10 says 200GB PATA133 on it but has a thin cable. Maybe my cabling mistake years ago.

TIA!
