SODIMM 30nm vs 40nm

Hey forum people!

I've got to replace one of my laptops RAM sticks... usually this would be no problem but I'm currently in South Korea. The only (semi) English on-line store asks me to choose between 30nm and 40nm sticks. How do I tell what I currently have? What should I choose? What's the difference?
