softv92 data fax modem

I purchased a USB softv92 data fax modem recently, and it actually works with Windows Fax and Scan (WFS). However, every time I send a fax, it kinds of resets itself and I have to reinstall the driver. I don't know if the problem is caused by the driver itself or by WFS. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

1. What version of Windows do you have?

2. Did you install the drivers from a CD or from the support site?

The latest I've seen is v7.33 (for Windows 7):

I don't know what company makes it (not Conexant).
