Hello everyone
I have a bit of a major problem here. I bought a White Roccat Kova 2016, which arrived today. Really happy about it.
But it seems that the SWARM software isn't sensing that the mouse is plugged in. The mouse itself is working and usable (limitedly), but nothing else.
At the basic update 1.40 the mouse was present beside the alienfx button at the top, but with an exclamation mark in a triangle leaving no possible chance to modify or do anything.
There was no driver update or download driver option after using auto update, program only found a 1.41 update to the swarm and after updating the swarm program the previously mentioned button and sections regarding the Kova simply disappeared.
Sometimes the SWARM update simply crashed after pressing the install button to the update, but even after pressing install, the swarm window closes and at re-entering the program shows version 1.41 installed but without the kova present, but still working. Antivirus is out of question cause there is none installed (once a month i make a full check checking everything, bios, rootkit, memory storage etc. I did that before using the mice.)
what i tried so far:
-I reinstalled rebooted
-pugged it in and out using various combinations in every usb port
-checked properties, security settings
-Checked defender and added it as an exception-
-Installed it to different locations (originally installed in ProgramF. x86)
-tried to pair it with the device manager (says: latest installed)
I have an Msi Ge60 0nc laptop
