Question Software for the Asus Mobo? had to clean install

A two part question here, is there a need for me to install any software on my system for my mobo? It's an Asus X99-E WS/USB 3.1

And also I want to make sure that my gfx cards are getting x16 (I have 2 installed). Is there something/program etc. that can tell me that information?
