Software issue with Allreli T2 mouse.

Hi guys, I've got a stupid problem with my Allreli T2 gaming mouse, all of a sudden (or I've only just noticed) I can't get into the software to adjust the settings. I double click the icon, it appears in my system tray, but when I click on the icon in the system tray nothing happens.

I thought it may have been my virus scanner blocking it so I added the software to the trust list and even tried disabling the virus software altogether without success.

I've also tried downloading the software again and re-installing without any luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this?

The product specification page states that the device is compatible with Windows up to version 8 so my question hence forth is what OS are you currently running off on your system? Can you please state your full systems specs? Are you sure your BIOS and remaining device driers(namely chipset) are up to date?

I'm running Windows 10.

I've queried it direct with Allreli and they say it should work fine with W10, but they can't offer an explanation as to why it won't work! So it looks like I may have to buy a new mouse!
