software license transfer

How can I transfer SuperAntispyware license from old pc to new pc? When I first clicked the "Transfer license" link nothing happened. I thought I'd find a box to ask where to and also the registration code. But the link disappeared and I have no idea where the Superantispyware scan box went to. I have it back now I just want to know how to transfer. People say follow the instructions after clicking the "Transfer license" link but I don't want to after what happened. I have to re-install again and no one seems to know how to do this. Thanks for any help you provide.
