Software Question for Movie

Ok, so I kinda wanna make a movie using CGI. I wanna know the best PC to build, and wanna know what to build, and what also, most importantly, what software do they use for movies like:
Godzilla 2014
Godzilla 2016
Jurassic World
Jurassic Park 3
Jurassic Park 2
Jurassic Park 1
Cloverfield

Dozens of different software. Some are just used for creating a texture, other lighting and raytracing, all kinds of different tools.

Start with:
Blender
Daz3d

Of course...the real starting point is an idea and a script.

EDIT: Oh, and a couple of decades of experience.

Blender is an excellent piece of software. I've used it before and it does wonders for the price you pay (which is none). While a steep learning curve, it's worth it if you have the time.

Though, you'll probably be better off in the future with Adobe Creative Cloud and their video editing programs once you get started.

Also Maya, though it has no free version just a teaser version.

For those big movies they use multiple software packages as some are better than others at particular kinds of effects.

Yes like Pixar's Renderman. Though outsiders can use it to a degree.
