Software that allows you to put masks on, when in webcam

i have seen videos of these people on their webcams and they change from mask to mask, one mask would be a dinosaur, the next would be a shark ect. and when they move their mouth the sharks mouth will move and so on. i was wondering if anyone know what that software or any other software that is similar? thanks
