take a look at msi after burner..for in game fps a lot people use fraps.

For fps - fraps and for temp - msi after burner.

MSI will do both, keeps it simple only running one.

How do I get it to show GPU temp?

Click on settings and then the monitoring tab. In the "active hardware monitor graphs" select GPU temp and then tick "show in on screen display".
