Hello,
I stupidly deleted the Windows 8 partition, and I am now unable to access the OEM installation files which are on another partition. The hard disk has several partitions on it (about 6) and it's only the actual Windows partition that I removed, nothing else.
The machine is a pre-built one from Zoostorm.
Is there any software I can get to boot into the OEM setup files of Windows 8?
Unfortunately, there is no serial number on the side of my case, and when I did try using the serial number to download the ISO from Microsoft's ISO downloader tool, I couldn't do it as the version of Windows was Home Premier, which is an OEM edition.
I'd sooner not pay Zoostorm for a copy of Windows which I already purchased when I purchased the setup.
Surely there's something I can do to access the OEM partition to reinstall my copy of Windows 8?
I obtained a copy of Windows 8 from the MSDN, but I can't install it as it says the partition GPT. I don't want to start converting and altering partitions if there is at least some chance of recovery.
Kind Regards,
Dave
