Question Software to Config Mouse Click to Behave Like the "Hand" Tool

Hi,

I'm looking for a setting to change behaviour of left click mouse (potentially with sim keys) to act like the "hand" tool in some apps.
A "grab page" behaviour. So I can move around Excel for instance like it's page in a touch screen.
Am thinking the key combo would be CNTL+ALT+Left Click.

Any tips gratefully received.

i think you need a programmable mouse for that. there is no setting to change that in standard non-programmable mice

if there is a kb shortcut for the hand, then with a programmable or gaming mouse you could probably assign that kb shortcut to the left mouse. a cheap gaming mouse might be able to do this. i like my Rosewill gaming mouse with programmable buttons
