Question Software to convert compiled html files into a better pdf or any other formats that are readable?

chm files are tough to read. even with windows 10 chm viewer. Is there a way to make them readable? Specially images and equations. They don't get preserved in conversion.

Can't speak for equations but I often use OpenOffice to convert very large textes + photos to a huge PDF file with amazing result.

It's not an extension, it's a free & complete suite of apps (equivalent to MS Office).

You don't need to install everything, just select Office Writer (Word), once you have your document opened, click on the PDF button to export your file to PDF format.
