Question Software to remap 2 steering wheel keys

Hi!

I bought a steering wheel (Genesis 350 seaborg) and the issue is 2 steering wheel keys are doing the same things the pedals are doing.

For example left pedal and 1 key on the wheel are both X keys

So I wanted to remap it so when I press the key (quick press) it acts as for example 1 key and holding the key down (pressing the pedal) would be key 2.

Is there a software that I can use to remap this? I mean to make a hotkey so pressing & holding the key is different
