pls help me..

A Windows update would not cause the system to restart automatically, but a driver or driver update may. If you can get to desktop perhaps try running a chkdsk. Click Start>Run. Type in cmd

Once the command prompt opens type: sfc/ scannow

The system will scan the OS and repair any corrupted files.

List the system specs including system maker, CPU, video card, etc.

EDIT does the system have SP1 and SP2 installed.

Microsoft windows updates are security updates and would not need any form of 'repair'. Windows update may install a driver update for system hardware on occasion. Check Device manager for any yellow (!) and look for improper drivers on the system. Does the system have Vista SP1 and SP2 (service packs)?

but one of my friend tell me '360 safeguard' can repair window update.. but it is product of china ..we can get it with china language,, but i don't know Chinese language.. i don't know exactly...

ok

thanks all ur help

Your welcome. Troubleshooting system shutdowns and randowm restarts can be tricky. If the problem occured after a MS OS update, perhaps an errant driver was loaded onto the system. Maybe a system Restore to an earlier time when the system did not crash may help.

If you can get to desktop, try installing and running CC Cleaner's registry cleaner. It may help, not sure. It won't help with a bad system hardware driver.
