Question software to reset browser and win 11 after malware

I got some malware or ransomware on my laptop. I have scanned and cleaned the laptop but not before some settings were changed non of the troubleshooters work or windows update. there used to be a freeware package you could download that would register all the compents and set them back to default as well as your browsers etc. can anyone help me with the name i cant find it and google searches are just leading me to more malware software not to repair after the fact

Clean install Windows or use the recovery partition supplied by the laptop manufacturer.
