Software to test hardware problems

Hello

My computer has been failing for the last month giving a lot of BSODs and restarting, first I thought it was an external seagate hdd, I disconnected it for 1 week but I keep seeing the crashes, second I test the ram with the w10 memory diagnostic tool, it says no errors found.

The drivers are up to date, and I am out of ideas, I dont know how to test the graphics card or mb for hw errors.

Any suggestion is appreciated

Your Windows might be corrupted. Make full backup of your system drive, install clean OS, and see how it goes.

If crashes occur during heavy load, you might have bad PSU.

the windos was recent, after I bought a new ssd 2 weeks ago I installed it fresh.
