Black Friday is coming and i wanted to get some new parts. I have an idea of how to replace the cpu(hardware). Is there anything besides the bios update that i need to do.

Just replacing CPU might not even need BIOS update so check on motherboards manufacturers website for what BIOS is needed.

Thank you. One last thing, when replacing either the ram or video card is there any other major requirements(software) besides the drivers that are needed.

Only drivers for GPU ram does not need drivers. Important if you are replacing a GPU is to uninstall the old one in device manager before shutdown to physically install the new one.
