Softwares and Games taking too long to load

My Softwares and Games have recently been taking way too long to load, and even my Data Transfer from one partition to another takes too much time... So I did some Benchmarking with the CrystalMark software and i got the following results

My Hard disk has two partitions

and I dont know if these are good results (They seem pretty bad)... Please help... P.S These results were after i tried defragging. Please tell me if these results are normal and if not then should I have my HDD changed?

your drive is full at 90% so it take times for it to get the data did you clean up any temporary files and cokkies even old software you dont use any more after redo the defrag and a registery clean up using c cleaner and glary utilities .

You need more space, typically want to leave 15-20% open on the HDD/SSD.
