Need help on removing all personal information everything and installing it the way i bought it, so new owner will be happy.

1. Format all your Partitioned Drives first.

2. Empty the Recycle Bin and delete everything.

3. Format Primary drive and reinstall windows.

4. Go to Explorer, download Recuva and check for any additional personal data left in any of the drives or you could try Stellar Pheonix Data Recovery.

5. Clean all of that up.

6. Send the system to the new owner.

Just use your recovery partition or disk that came with the system, will wipe all your data when you run it.
You may want to be a bit more secure and do a secure erase with a boot disk first, dban works great http://www.dban.org/
