Received this directly from EVGA a while back as a replacement card but I already upgraded to a different GPU and never got around dealing with this card. The card is still sealed in EVGA's plain brown box with plastic wrap and should still have several months of warranty remaining.

2) Warranty info:
Please post your original shipping date, as the Warranty for non-original owners (or those without proof of purchase) is THREE YEARS from this date.

Also, note you can TRANSFER the Warranty: http://www.evga.com/support/warranty/graphics-cards/

Both are three years, but if you don't TRANSFER then you only get the LIMITED version of the Warranty (not sure what that means exactly).
