Purchased on 17 December 2014 (3 Year warranty)
I ran the card at stock speeds unless I was Benchmarking.
I have all the original packaging and cables.

There is nothing wrong with the card, I had some extra cash and picked up a Titan X. If the card does not sell in 5 days I will just keep it and use it as an overkill Physx GPU. $500 is as low as I will go for a card that still sells for $700 new.

I ran a full test in 3DMark at stock speeds and here are the scores;

Very nice. Do I need a custom water cooling setup to run it? Can It be run on a system with no water cooling?

Yes, you would need a custom water loop to run this card (reservoir, pump, and radiator).
