Hi I just bought a new Samsung Laptop Galaxy book Pro 2 which comes with 16 GB soldered memory. Which according to if I run
"wmic MemoryChip get MemoryType, Name, Capacity, Configuredclockspeed, DeviceLocator, FormFactor, Manufacturer, Serialnumber, Speed" says it runs a 5200 MHZ, however it should be able to run 6400 Mhz. But there is no XMP function in computers bios.
Can Samsung have limited the max speed of the memory to keep the battery usage low? And that why there is no XMP in the bios?
