Question Soldering, will this work?

The upper one is gt 610 1 gb with damaged par (circled one) Lower one is HD GPU with 512 mb, that has the same looking part, Will it work if I unsoder the part from HD and soder it on the gt 610?

Lots of things look the same.
We out here would obviously need a much clearer pic to see what is going on.

I know that they are probably not the same thing, but I don't have the means to read what is written on them, but they physically look the same. On the older card, it's marked above with ''U7'' but can't figure out what is written on the gt 610.
Sorry for the whole clumsy written and posted post, I have my reasons X) don't want to bother you with that though.

How about now,
I once soldered and fixed processor pins, I made my self usb speakers X) small stuff nothing much X)
I know how to build a computer from random parts but this is on micro lvl, and I never asked for help so this is my first time, be kind to me senpais.

We can see them, but still far too fuzzy to determine anything.

Thank you guys, I'll try it anyway, can't tell you anything more, and don't have the means to zoom in and take better pictures, and even in person I can't see what is written on them, they are old and I'm in need of GPU so I'll try and see what happens. Thanks again.
