Question Soldering wire suitable for a HiFiBerry board ?

Aside from ludicrously oversized, any should work. The amount you use is completely up to you by how much you feed in. Knowing the size is more relevant when you set up automatic feeds for industrial processes.

Smaller diameters will heat up more quickly, depending on the soldering iron temperature. Generally I would say keep your solder size smaller than the pitch of the pads you are soldering to, but that should be the case for anything you can reliably do by hand.

If you are asking what actual wire size you need, going to depend on the hole size. Though I suspect 22-26 gauge would work.

I have a HiFiBerry https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B017L7K4BE/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and needed to solder a male GPIO head on it and looking at the soldering wire size. I was looking in the shop and came across this roll of soldering wire
0.50 dia 1.5oz
60/40
or what size wire would i need for soldering headers to a Pi or a hat or HiFiBerry ?
Assuming that 0.50 is in mm then I would say that is a good choice. That is what adafruit sells -- https://www.adafruit.com/product/1886

Actually, after relooking, it's not 0.50 it's .050 dia /1.5oz and 60/40
Would that be good for raspberry pi's and hats and BiFiBerry boards.

So, all i have to do see what wire size i need is to see if the wire would go through the holes on the pi if order to get the right size. and plus,
I been looking at the solder wire on Amazon.com which i shop there most of the time and now they have %percentage of flux in them, so what would be a great or good flux % in the wire.

Flux core is generally used for plumbing solder and rosin core for electronics. I would buy pegs that are designed for GPIO pins. They are sold as sets.

I have two types of wire laying here, one is Hyper Tough rosin core solder https://www.amazon.com/Solder-Diame...rosin+core+solder&qid=1623812149&sr=8-13&th=1 and i ran the end of the wire though one of the holes of the HiFiBerry board and it went though good.
The other solder wire that i had for years from RadioShack is the .050 dia 60/40.
I try to poke the wire through the hold on the board and it was a hair thick
