Well my cart literally just emptied somehow as i switched over but my total was around 746. with shipping minus the i5 since i may get elsewhere.

So basically are all these items compatible and a good choice for purchase?

Looks good, and you will be able to play most modern games at ultra setting without a problem.

Yeah thats a really nice build there.

The only change i would consider would be to upgrade from 1333MHz RAM to 1600 MHz RAM, purely because the difference in price is so minor its worth paying the little bit extra for the extra performance.

Also, Should I shell out an extra 100 dollars to buy windows to have the disc and what not? I also hear about cooling being an issue with some people is there a decently priced liquid cooling system I could get with this layout?

The only other minor suggestion (as the build does look good) is to get a SSD...it's a really nice boost for booting and launching applications.

You'd still need a drive for storage, and would really only need 60GB or so for OS and programs (others claim more, but it all depends).

All the peeps posting on this thread and said something like; It looks good" apparently missed the fact you have a $170 mother board meant for dual vid cards, and a psu meant for a single card...not to mention that psu isn't anything to be recommended.
