Question solid DRAM light with breadboard system and it won't post

So I built my pc of all of new parts and instantly the dram light turns on and nothing happens. I have tried swapping ram and got a new cpu because of some bent pins. But still, the dram light stays solid red. The power supply and everything else is working fine when the cpu pins were bent only the cpu light was on but when I replaced it, it turned off and the dram light went on. Now when I turn it on the cpu light flashes then switches to a solid red dram light and I have tried resetting the cmos/bios but nothing changes. I'm kind of stumped, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Raidmax 500w RX-500AF-B ....Get a decent power supply , this one shouldn't be in any build. Horrible quality.

Alright, so I went ahead and got a new power supply just to test(thermal take smart series 80 plus 700w) but the dram light is still solid. Still be a pain but should I try with a different mobo?
