My drivers have been updated (also deleted and reinstalled using DDU) and I have done pretty much everything I could imagine including reinstalling windows, system restore, And a bunch more. I am beyond frustrated and any help would be much appreciated thanks!

Solution
During the benchmarks temps were getting 95-100 then dropping down then back up .I did benchmarks in intel extreme tuning I also saw power limit throttling showing as yes during most of the benchmark. The cooler is the stock asus rog 750w fan
If it gets to 100C, thats bad, and throttling.

I would suspect the CPU cooler is not properly installed.

You got this from BestBuy? I'd take it back and make them fix it.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Make and model of the PSU? 750 is the wattage while Gold is the 80+ rating, not the model for the unit. Might want to download the latest drivers from Nvidia and then use DDU to uninstall your drivers. Use the latest drivers and install them in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Check to see which BIOS version you're on for your motherboard, speaking of which, make and model of your motherboard? Then check to see which version of Windows 10 you're currently on.

My graphics settings are set to as low as possible in most cases almost everything is disabled or on low I also have prefer max energy performance on Nvidia CP.
