Solid Upgrades for my PC

I have a game PC that is almost 4 years old.
I think i really need to upgrade it.
My specs are:
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 750 Ti Gaming - 2GB - PCI-E
CPU:I ntel Core i5-4460 - 3.2GHz - Socket 1150
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A - Socket 1150 - ATX
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY Blue 8GB - PC3-15000 - DIMM

I don't really know what i need to upgrade but i want to play on a pc which is a little faster then this so i need to upgrade but what?

I hope you guys can help me 😀 (sorry for my english)

Possibly try upgrading the CPU, GPU, or both. To get a newer gen processor you might need to get a new motherboard. An SSD may also help performance if you load your games onto that.

What is the best thing to upgrade? I'm on a budget 250-300 euro

I play allot of CS:GO but i want to play games like the witcher with more FPS and less framedrops.
My PSU is Cooler Master b500 500w

cpu is still capable, with your budget, get a gtx 1060 6 gb if you can. Otherwise 1060 3gb/1050 ti. If have extra money, I suggest a better psu. Corsair CX550/CX550M is good budget choice, TX550M is better.

so before you upgrade your system , I would recommand you to upgrade that first.
The gpu market is broken so look on marktplaats for a almost new gtx 1060/ gtx970 gtx 1070 .
Also a ssd (samsung 850 evo crucial mx300) would be a great choice so u dont need to wait minuts in the witcher when going to a new area
