solid white light on my case. PC WONT START HELP!

So, i have a corsair vengeance c70 case that i upgraded with a new gpu and mobo. But now it wont start? There is a solid white light at the front of the case. What does that light mean?
Anyone knows why it doesn't start?

This is pure speculation, but I suspect something off in the pins connecting the panel switches. Make sure the power switch connector is going to the right pins. I can never get those little guys right.
