Solid white line top left corner on boot up cannot enter BIOS

I just built a new computer
GTX 1080 GPU
Ryzen 1700 CPU
MSI Tomahawk B350 motherboard
840 EVO SSD
WD blue HDD
Vengeance LPX DDR4 RAM 16 gigs
500W PSU

Ram is in slots 2 and 4 (as the manual instructed.)
Have tried using each HDD and SSD separately.

try removing the GPU then try entering the BIOS. if you still can't RMA the MOBO.
