[SOLOVED] My Ram that i can use is changing????

Hey ok so i wanted to get more ram on my Laptop so i checked how much i got now first and that is 4 GB (3,92 Usable) and then i opened up the laptop and wrote down the name on my ram module and then i took and put all back together and now it shows i only can use 2,58 GB ram usable

Well i got 2 slots and only using 1

If someone got this problem then do follow my steps:

Press Windows Key + R to open "RUN"
Then Write "msconfig" and hit enter,
Then click on the "boot" Tab and then "Advance options"
Then if "Maximum memory" is 0 then untick it, if it is not even ticket then tick it and write your GB number in MB
