solution for freezing of inspiron N5110 on win 8

I also have the same problem on my inspiron 5110..It works greatly on win 7 & win 8.1 but it hangs and freezes completely on win 8...And this problem persists only on inspiron N5110....
Try to do following steps
1. unplug AC adopter.

2.press the battery icon in the system tray and choose "More Power Options" or press "windows key" + "X" select power options then click on change plan settings under Balanced (recommended)

3.then click on Change advanced power settings

4.click on Change setings that are currently unavailable

5.Expand PCI Express, under PCI Express expand LInk State Power Management

6. Change settings to Off

7. Then finally click on Apply & then Ok
it might fix the problem and if u hav any alternative please help me
