Solution for No display,no LAN

I have kept my pc to install Windows update at night in the morning no display.it only starts when bios is clear I have to do this every time after that post error occure no option works except F1-to continue . in-between I have notice that my LAN led on all the time.
I have manage to format pc and now I have following issue
1. No signal (to power on I have to switch off the PSU)
2. No atheros AR81 family Ethernet controller.
3.post error (F1 is working )
4.restart function never work.

My config
Gigabyte ga-g41m-combo 2.0
Intel E5450(771 to 775)
Kingston's 4gb value ram (kvr1333d3n9/4gb sp)
Corsair VS 450
Sandisk Ssd 128
Intel Ssd 480gb
Asus nvdia gt 610 2gb

Eitehr your motherboard battery is empty or your PSU is dieing. The Ethernet LED is okay because on only indicates an electrical connection to th network. The one on the other side shows network traffic.

but in not allowing me to install Ethernet drivers say no Ethernet controller ethernet port is not working.
after every restart 'no display' so i couldn't make changes in bios.(i have to turn off psu to get it on )
how i conform that PSU s dieing because it just 1.5 years old

Probably the wrong driver? Try the one from the gigabyte site. And change the mob battery before blaming the psu.

drivers are download from gigabyte site and for same mobo.
change battery but nothing happen.
