My hard disk fujitsu 120gb is detected but can't format, there always an error when i tried to format it. . . . what should i do? pls help me with this problem if my hard disk will be ok or not . . .

If you can't format it, probably a bad drive. Run a low level disk check on it, the vendor should have a utility to check the disk. If you're trying to format it, you don't want to save any data, better off just getting a new hard-drive than try to use one that has issues.
