I've just bought a new computer, it has Asus Rampage IV gene, intel i7 4870k 2011lga, ASUS gtx780 directCU II OC, 750W power source, 4x8Gb ram ddrIII Ripjaws, hdds and dvd unit etc...

I mounted everything correctly, and then, i powered on the computer but no image or sound appeared. Then i went to asus site, and updated the bios in order to solve to problem. Because an unupdated site i renamed a .cap into a .rom, and missupdated my mb's bios, now a have a failure in my bios and when i turn on my computer it begins to turn on and off continously and no image or sound appears.

Thanks

I ve tried that and makes no diferences, must be the usb in fat (fat16)? mine is in fat32 becouse its storage is more than 2gb (8gb specifically)

It does not work, i installed two times the converter but it makes no difference, the problem is, by the first time i renamed a .cap into .rom, now my bios is corrupted and theres no solution it seems. Thank you but i tried what you said even before you told me, and the problem still there. I have to change my motherboard. unless you have a solution for this problem xD

NOT BROT PLS! I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM! CAN HELP ME PLS! ;(

I finaly used my warranty, they changed me motherboard and everything just went fine.

If you can do that if not, i think it is hard to solve (maybe imposible)
