[Solved] Acer aspire laptop keeps shutting off by itself

laptop has been shutting down by it self over a three day period.A blue shreen with white lettering appears for just a few seconds.please help

Press F8 before the Windows bar shows up. From the menu, select "Disable Restart Upon System Failure". Then, make note of what the blue screen says. That blue screen will give you an idea of what is causing the issue.
