[SOLVED] [SOLVED] BIOS doesn't detect HDD only when restarting

Hi,
I have a problem for a long time with my PC and I think the problem is the motherboard or the BIOS itself.
It doesn't matter if I change the HDD, the cables, manually restart the PC or when Windows or Linux restarts itself, the BIOS always show up without detecting my HDD when restarting my PC. If I shut it down and then power it up, it's fine.
It's kinda annoying, but I'm not dead yet. Anyone stumbled upon this problem sometimes?

Mobo: Asus Z170-A
CPU: Intel I5-6500 Skylake
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: SDRAM DDR4 2400 2 x 8 GB
HDD: WD Black 2 TB
PSU: EVGA Gold 750 W

RESOLUTION:
I decided to get an SSD and put my Windows OS on it and the problem is solved.
I don't know why it's working as it wasn't working with multiple HDD. Maybe an MBR problem and a fresh install on the SSD did the trick.
