[SOLVED] Blurred Colored Text after fixing dual monitor setup

Today I powered up my PC and saw that my dual monitor setup randomly stopped working.
(my Primary monitor is connected via DisplayPort and my Secondary monitor is connected via HDMI)

My secondary monitor replaced my primary monitor to I had to do a fix.

TLDR; I had to disconnect my HDMI and power off both monitors and PC, then power on ONLY my main monitor and PC. I also disconnected and re-connected my main monitor to be extra sure and it worked)

the colored text was blurred.

I already tried disconnecting and re connecting the cables. should I use a different cable? is it my Graphics Card? (GTX 1060)

This all didn't appear till I did that fix for my dual monitor setup. ALSO It doesn't seem like it blurs links on this website either. only on Twitter, Steam and some games althoguht thats all I've noticed so far.

Try Adjusting your Phase,Clock,Sharpness and Contrast of you monitor it might have been reset...

I found my solution... I went into Nvidia Control Panel > Change Resolution and I went to see what my color settings were, and they weren't in RGB. somehow it was changed to YCbcr422. So I changed it back to RGB and the colored text was fixed

I realize on the pictures I posted they look perfectly fine when you have the right color setting on, but I assure you the blue text were blurred
