Question (solved)Can't install latest amd chipset drivers

I have a Ryzen 2600, Zotac OEM GTX 1070, and the Biostar B450 MHC motherboard. I've downloaded the latest chipset drivers (19.10) directly from amd. I've also tried the drivers from the motherboard site. However, I once I click clean install it closes and absolutely nothing happens. It said that it would force my pc to reboot during installation, however, that did not happen.

figured it out, forgot to uninstall the previous drivers first
