Additional Comments: I game a lot, and there's a lot of quality games coming out. I need a rig that can eat gaming, with room for upgrading later when I get more money.

I honestly have never done this before, and have no idea where to start, all I know is that I heard the I5 2500K is a cheap, excellent cpu.

first of all get CPU MOBO combo from microcenter
i5-2500k alone is 180 there and with mobo it's extra 40 off .. if u really want that mobo which I see no point in especially if u plan on cf cause by the time pci 3.0 capable GPUs come out u'll have to switch it again ..
40$ only works on Z68 mobos

case is personal choice
for GPU do u plan on multi monitor setup? if not then 1Gb just fine especially if u can pop one in in the future

I came not some extra money, and did a little research, and I was wondering what you guys thought of my build. Note - I don't want the change the case, I'm really sold on the design, I know it may not be the most effective but the looks are so sexy that I'm willing to make compromises to have this case.

Ah I was posting while you were...lol. That's a great build you have up there. You might want to look at a few of the combo's I have...maybe the RAM + psu to save a few buck, but nice build. :)

Right now, Tax, (God i hate California) My Newegg total is 716.92 And my Microcenter total is 344, So I'm at 1061. I was thinking of buying another 200m fan from their website for 15$, So I'm pretty much tapped at my budget. turns out I now need to buy a decent gaming keyboard because the one I had saved was broken.

I'm trying to keep everything total below 1100.

I'm totally inept when it comes to computers, but I Know the case I chose only allows for 200m fans of it's own company (Nzxt), will that cooler for my CPU fit?
