Hy so i have windows 11 with spec
Motherboards : Asrock phantom gaming
Ram : 4 GB DDR4
VGA : GTX 1060 ( I got 2 Monitor )
1 SSD and 1 HDD
PSU : Prime Premium 750W ( Full Modular with Gold Certificate )
Casing : Cube Gaming Dustin Black.

At first, I got a problem with my computer won't turn on at all even though the motherboard received electricity from psu and now it's working fine ( got a problem with the rams and my old PSU )
Now i have another problem my computer won't turn off / shut down at all.
but why is my computer still receiving electricity even though windows is really dead? I've been waiting for it for 5 minutes the fan still running. and because of that I have to press the front panel power button and it just turns off
