[SOLVED] [SOLVED] CSGO running but does not launch

So what happends is:

1. I press "play" on csgo on steam.
2. The game on the libary list says "Running" and my profile logo turn green. It doesn't stop, it just stays like this. Until i:
3. Go to the task manager to close the task. But I am only able to close the "CSGO" task under the "Details" tab not the "Processes" tab.

What I've tried:

1. Verify the game cache
2. Change the Compatibillity settings
3. Delete the "Valve.rc" file
4. Run the "dxsetup.exe" to reinstall directx
5. Also tried reinstalling the game
6. Reinstalling windows
7. All new drivers (New chipset drivers, graphic card drivers etc.)

Note:
The computer is started for the first time today after it has been build.
Games like DayZ, PUBG and every other game starts up just fine.

Hardware:
Radeon RX 5700 XT
Ryzen 9 3900X
16 gb ram GDDR6

[How to fix]

1. Go to "Uninstall a program"
2. Uninstall Realtek High Definition Audio Driver from your computer
3. Restart your computer
4. Try opening csgo now!

This is weirdly enough the one thing stopping my computer from opening the game.

The windows is freshly installed, and I've installed the latest chipset driver today too.
